On Monday 18 September 2023, Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management alongside construction partner, Sir Robert McAlpine, marked the topping out of ONE Station Hill with a ceremony in Reading.

The ceremony celebrated the 275,000 sq ft flagship ONE Station Hill building reaching its full structural height taking pride of place at Station Hill, where it will set a new standard for the future of workspace outside of London. ONE Station Hill redefines the traditional ‘office’ in a way not seen elsewhere, with sustainability and wellbeing informing all aspects of the new office building, having already received Platinum accreditation by ActiveScore, WiredScore and AirRated D&O, the building is targeting BREEAM Excellent, WELL Platinum and EPC ‘A’ ratings.

Attendees at Monday’s topping out ceremony included representatives from Lincoln Property Company, MGT Investment Management, Sir Robert McAlpine, as well as key stakeholders and dignitaries from across Reading and the Thames Valley alongside the wider project team, who have supported the vision for Station Hill and helped make it a reality.
